We are a small family owned and run business growing fabulous fruit and guiding natures conversion of this into great wine. This takes up most of our time. Because of this, and for economy and efficiency we work on a 7-10 day turnaround for online orders, allowing us to batch multiple orders where possible.
All our wines are made from fruit grown in our 2 demeter biodynamic certified vineyards (Hochkirch and Tarrington). All are vinified without any additions.
Pinot Noir and Riesling routinely recieve minimal sulphite addition at bottling.
Blanc and Syrah are routinely bottled with no additions. The wines are not fined or filtered but naturally clarified by gravity.
